14. Lifetime Access and Availability
Where a product or course is described as providing “lifetime access”, this refers to the lifetime availability of the product while Body Mend Therapies – The Rise to Wellness continues to operate and maintain the relevant platform or service.
Lifetime access does not guarantee indefinite availability in all circumstances. Access may be modified, discontinued, or terminated if the business ceases operation, if platforms or technology change, or in circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, incapacity, or death of the business owner.
Participants are encouraged to download, save, or retain any permitted materials provided within the program for their personal use while access is available.
In the event that Body Mend Therapies – The Rise to Wellness permanently ceases operations, access to digital products or course platforms may also cease without ongoing obligation to maintain hosting or availability.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Body Mend Therapies – The Rise to Wellness will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Products.
